Blue Elves

Public Safety’s annual “Blue Elves” toy drive reaches nearly 300 children in the City of Morganton with assistance from The Marine Corps League Toys for Tots, Morganton Housing Authority, Morganton-Burke Fraternal Order of Police and other donors.

These partnerships have allowed Public Safety to facilitate an event that includes toys, snacks and activities for youth and parents around the Christmas season.
